Thursday, September 24th, will mark a milestone event in the life of the Church in the United States, when the Venerable Archbishop Fulton J. Sheen will be beatified at a Mass in St. Louis, MO.  Archbishop Sheen was one of our nation's best known and most admired early media evangelists, and his beatification brings him one step closer to being declared a saint.
