St. Lawrence has a wonderful and vibrant Music Ministry, and we invite you to join us! A love of music and church is all that is required.

With the implementation of the New Missal in November, this is an exciting time to join us, and learn the beautiful new ritual music of the mass!

We are always looking for new members in every section of the music ministry, listed below. Please call our Director of Music, Marie Winn, at 589-0042, ext 32 with any questions.

Youth Choir serves weekly at the 9:00am Mass from October through June, and is open to boys and girls beginning in third grade, up through age 19. Rehearsals are Thursday's, 7-8pm. Children from the Youth Choir are trained as Cantors for the Liturgy of the Word with Children, and as Cantors for the congregation.

Festival Choir serves at seasonal liturgies – All Souls Day, Advent, Christmas, Holy Week, Pentecost & Confirmation. It is open to teens and adults. Rehearsals are Tuesdays, 7:30-9pm.

Cantors lead the congregation at the 5:00pm, 9am and 11am masses.

Instrumentalists such as flute, violin, viola, cello and guitars serve in both choirs.
